Active Minds

A series of four posters created for Active Minds, a nonprofit focused on mental health awareness. Each piece explores a different emotional state, translating internal experiences into bold visual language.

The goal of this project was to communicate mental health in a way that feels immediate, raw, and impossible to ignore. Instead of relying on literal messaging, each poster uses abstraction to represent emotional states such as pressure, noise, growth, and identity.

Strong contrast, simplified shapes, and controlled color palettes were used to create impact at a distance. The compositions are intentionally bold, allowing the viewer to feel the message before fully understanding it.

This series reflects the idea that mental health is not always visible, but it is always present. Design becomes the bridge between what is internal and what can be seen.
