A four-poster series exploring mental health through abstraction, contrast, and expressive visual language.
Making the invisible visible.
Mental health is deeply personal, yet many of its most intense experiences remain invisible. This series translates those internal states into a visual language that can be immediately felt.
Rather than relying on literal imagery, each poster uses abstraction, simplified forms, strong contrast, and controlled color to explore ideas of pressure, noise, growth, hope, and identity.
The compositions are intentionally direct. From a distance, they create impact. Up close, they invite interpretation. Design becomes the bridge between an internal experience and something others can finally see.
